世界旅游城市联合会（WTCF）是北京倡导发起、由北京与柏林、巴塞罗那、洛杉矶等世界众多著名旅游城市及旅游相关机构自愿结成的非营利性的国际非政府组织。联合会会员从成立之初的59个发展到目前的166个，其中，城市会员111个，非城市会员55个。联合会秉承“旅游让城市生活更美好”的核心理念，努力构建世界旅游城市互利共赢的合作发展平台。
The World Tourism Cities Federation (WTCF) is a non-profit, non-governmental international organization initiated by Beijing and voluntarily joined by many famous world tourism cities including Berlin, Barcelona and Los Angeles as well as tourism-related organizations. Up to now, the number of WTCF members has increased from 59 at its inception to 166, including 111 city members and 55 non-city members. The WTCF upholds the core idea of Better City Life through Tourism and strives to build a platform of mutual benefit, win-win cooperation and development for world tourism cities.
